The focus of the fund would be to support business model innovations around tested technologies but may take early stage sustainable technology development risks in exceptional cases.
SELCO ENERGY ACCESS FUND is an Alternative Investment Fund, registered under SEBI as Category I – Social Venture Fund with registration number IN/AIF1/16-17/0262. SELCO Solar Light Private Limited is the investment manager of the Fund.
Values / practices / processes integrated into the enterprise at a financial / operational / human resource level to deploy these solutions.
The Fund intends to assess the impact of the energy enterprise at two levels.
In order to balance quantitative and qualitative there will be 3 categories looked at with an emphasis on the outcomes and ecosystem aspects.

The team will draw heavily from SELCO India’s own impact indicators at the organizational, ecosystem and end user level over the years
Co-develop data collection plans for the enterprise to continue the assessment annually.
There will be a 1-2 member Impact team who will primarily beresponsible.
